By accessing or using any service provided by MittosAPI, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

  1. Acceptance of Terms
    By registering, purchasing, or using our services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
  2. Services Offered
    MittosAPI provides access to the WhatsApp Business API, chatbot automation, broadcasting tools, CRM features, and other marketing automation services. All services are cloud-based and accessed via your registered account.
  3. Account Registration
    You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Sharing your account with others is strictly prohibited.

  1. Usage Policy
    You agree not to use MittosAPI for any illegal, abusive, spammy, or unauthorized purposes.

Sending promotional or bulk messages without proper user consent is strictly against WhatsApp policies and may result in account suspension.

You are responsible for complying with WhatsApp’s Commerce and Business Policies.

  1. Subscription & Payments
    All plans are prepaid and billed monthly or annually as per the chosen package.

Payments once made are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.

Subscription cancellation will stop the next billing cycle but will not refund the current cycle.

  1. Delivery Timeline
    API setup and onboarding will be completed within 3–7 working days after payment and required documentation.

Delays due to client-side inaction, KYC failure, or WhatsApp approval are not the responsibility of MittosAPI.

  1. Third-Party Services
    MittosAPI integrates with WhatsApp Business API (provided by Meta), Razorpay, Gupshup, etc. Any third-party service issues will be handled as per their terms and service levels.
  2. Account Suspension & Termination
    MittosAPI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if:
    – You violate our terms
    – Engage in spammy or abusive activity
    – Fail to pay invoices on time

Suspended accounts may result in data loss or service interruption.

  1. Limitation of Liability
    MittosAPI will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your use or inability to use the platform, including data loss, delivery failure, or business losses.
  2. Data Privacy
    Your data is stored securely and not shared with any third party without consent. Please review our Privacy Policy for complete details.
  3. Support
    MittosAPI offers email, WhatsApp, and remote session support during business hours. Response time may vary depending on query complexity and volume.
  4. Policy Changes
    MittosAPI reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance.
  5. Governing Law
    These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
